Preparation
Pour contents of 1 packet (2.6 g) into 16.9 oz (500 ml) of cold water and stir until dissolved.
Suggested Use: 2 to 3 packets daily with water, per directions, in the morning or afternoon.
Do not exceed 3 packets in a 24 hour period.
Can be used with Sparkling Water.
