7-Day Renewal Cleanse

This cleanse did effectively reduces
bloatedness. The directions were easy to follow and the packaging was very good to help keep things straight and organized. With such a reduction of calories per day, the weight loss was I’m sure both water weight loss as well as a few pounds of fat loss. I was not physically hungry on the cleanse, just habitually and craving hungry. It is always difficult to go on a pretty much liquid meal regime but it is doable. Two of the drinks were pretty bad tasting but the other ones were OK, with one being very tasty ( the chocolate Drink). I do hope that this product will truly enable my body to cleanse and reset my gut.

I've never done a cleanse before. I was thinking 7 days may be too long. Not really. I always have a hard time with first day, and I know I need to be mentally ready and excited to do any kind of regiment. This cleanse was so easy and I felt great while on it. I was never hungry. I heard about this cleanse from a friend and decided to give it a try since running around NY City I don't always have the best diet and I worry about the amount of toxins I have taken in as a result. It's easy to follow and I like the fact that it was developed by a real Doc. The shakes taste pretty good. I didn't do this for weight loss but lost almost 6 lbs during the week. Day 3 was the hardest day for me as I got really hungry at night but I managed to tough it out. I definitely felt better after completing this and I'm making better food choices now to try and not take in all the toxins again. Did it detox me? Don't know but I definitely feel better. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. I'd do it again for weight loss alone !
