Very Vanilla Protein Shake with Fiber

Vanilla pudding and shake mix...mix it up your way!

This pudding has all of the same creamy, rich vanilla flavor you like, plus fiber! Can also be made as a shake for quick on the go drink.

Preparation

For a Shake:

1. Empty contents of one packet into a large glass (10 ounces).

2. Add 8 ounces of cold water.

3. Stir thoroughly and serve.

For a Pudding:

1. Empty contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.

2. Add 4 ounces of cold water.

3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing
