Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lindora Online reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. Lindora Online reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

All orders must be paid in U.S. denomination and must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Please note the State of California assesses a sales tax on protein powder products. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Credit Card Payment

We accept the following major credit cards: Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Lindora. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon acceptance of your order, your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount but not charged. Once there is shipment confirmation, your credit card will be charged for only the shipped items including any prorated amounts for shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes.

Back Ordered Products

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, subject to our published cancellation policies. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot confirm shipment of your requested item(s) within six days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation for any unshipped item(s) will be processed automatically on the seventh day from your order date. You will receive notification of this cancellation via email.

Coupon codes can be entered from your "Shopping Cart" in the "Coupon Code" box. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please call 1-800-LINDORA or email storesupport@lindora.com to coordinate any return requests. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

  • Perishable products, including all ingestible food items and personal care items, may not be returned, unless defective or mis-shipped.
  • Non-perishable items may be returned in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee (10% of product price).

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items; or a replacement of the original order.

For all other non-perishable items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

Perishability

Please be aware that due to seasonal temperatures, some products may experience melting or ingredient separation in transit. While Lindora does it best to ensure the integrity of our products, we cannot control the temperature of delivery trucks or drop off locations.

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
